“Hi everyone, at the moment we’re having a very frustrating time with the phone line. Unfortunately all our forward planning has been to no avail as, after further hour-long conversations with BT, the original ‘moving house’ order has proved to have failed – so we’re back to the beginning with a new one set up today.
This means that, even if everything now goes to plan, the Yamaha Club phone number won’t be active until next Friday (6th December)… long after we expected.
