“Hi everyone. I’m afraid that our promised BT phone line connection didn’t take effect yesterday and, after another frustrating hour or so speaking to the BT helpline, it seems that they’re unable to give any accurate information about when the problem will be resolved. Basically their “computer says no” and, unfortunately for us, no-one appears to have the power or ability to over-ride the system.
Next week we’ll be writing to all our members to advise them of the situation and, as soon as I hear anything more positive I’ll let you know here on our News page. In the meantime, should you need to contact us by phone, please continue to use our temporary mobile number on 0747 352 0125. The line will be open during the normal Yamaha Club office hours 10am-1pm ; 2pm-4pm
