Five new ‘Music Finder’ sets for download

• About the Music Finder downloads

The first five Music Finder sets in our ‘pocket-change’ (£2.50) series have proved very popular with Tyros owners and the original Tyros5 files have all been adapted for the Tyros4 keyboard as well. Now another five titles have been added to the series – and, although initially only available for Tyros5 owners, we hope to make these compatible with the earlier model too in due course. As before, the Music Finder song titles are based on ever popular Easy Keyboard Library series of music books (so the sheet music for all the songs is readily available).

Music Finder sets for individual books in the series are immediately available to download (so that you can build up a collection of your favourite EKL songs) but the first five sets have also been released as a ‘bundle’ – supplied by post on a USB stick – and it is expected that the second five sets will soon be released in the same format.

Each individual set (containing Music Finder settings for all the songs in one book) costs just £2.50 to download and is available from our online shop.

• About the EKL Music Finder Collection

The Music Finder is at the heart of every Yamaha Tyros keyboard. For most people it provides the easiest way to find appropriate sounds for the song titles they love to play. The list that is installed in the instrument when it is first purchased can be added to – and titles can be ‘searched’ and ‘arranged’ as with a standard database.

• The Easy Keyboard Library Music Book Collection

The Easy Keyboard Library is a huge collection of easy-to-play music arrangements that has become by far the most popular keyboard music series with our readers. Titles range from well-loved ‘oldies’ to the latest chart hits. The books are readily available in music shops across the country and it’s unusual to find home players who don’t own several titles already.
