    How and where do we store data?

  • Our membership database: Our membership database is not connected to the internet. This database holds a record of your name, address, phone number and date of subscription and end of current subscription term. We keep this personal data for as long as we need to in order to use it to service your subscription or order as described in this privacy policy, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.
  • Details of card payments by phone: Details of credit/debit cards given over the telephone are kept for only as long as needed to process your subscription or order. Card details are then fine shredded and disposed of according to legal requirements.
  • Details of card payments on-line: Credit/debit card payments made online are processed via PayPal and Yamaha Club Ltd. does not receive the card payment details. A record of the sale together with the customer’s name, address and phone number is kept by Yamaha Club Ltd. for book keeping purposes.
  • Profiling: We record the type (model) of keyboard / digital piano you own so that we can shape the content of the magazine to meet the needs of the majority of our members.
  • Your choices

    We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent.
