Simple Software Collection – Miller Moods
Compatible with Yamaha Genos:
First issued free with the April/May 2020 magazine.
Please note: 'Simple Software Collection' registrations are generally compiled using only the sounds and styles available from a new Yamaha Genos keyboard. In this case some of the registrations make use of a style called ‘Moonlight Ballad’ (which is also included in the download). This style comes from the ‘Tyros5 Styles for Genos’ set which is free to download from the Yamaha website.
The original ‘Miller Moods’ article from the magazine is also included as a pdf file - showing how the basic ‘Miller Moods’ registrations were created using a Yamaha Genos.
A bank of registrations is offered to subscribers free with each edition of Yamaha Club Magazine. When a new magazine is published the registrations from the previous one are then added to the Club Shop for non-members to purchase.

Registration 1: Miller Ensemble 1: Use the ‘Moonlight Ballad’ style supplied with the download pack with this registration. In this registration the Pad and Phrase one Style parts are emphasised.
Registration 2: Miller Ensemble 2: Use the ‘Moonlight Ballad’ style supplied with the download pack with this registration. In this registration the Pad and Phrase one Style parts are as normal.
Registration 3: Soft Trombone: Use the ‘Moonlight Ballad’ style supplied with the download pack with this registration.
Registration 4: Solo Clarinet:
Use the ‘Moonlight Ballad’ style supplied with the download pack with this registration.
Registration 5: Sax Ensemble 1: Use the ‘Moonlight Ballad’ style supplied with the download pack with this registration.

Use the [FREEZE] button to mix and match registrations
Choose the registration that has the rhythm/style of your choice - then switch on [FREEZE] to use the rhythm/style with all ten registrations.
